Entry Restrictions:
The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are current RACV members with a valid membership number.
Competition Period:
The Competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 11 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 11 August 2025.
Entry Method:
During the Competition Period, entrants must:
1. Submit their name, email address, and valid RACV membership number via the entry form on woohooPets.com
2. Agree to receive marketing and promotional email communication from woohooPets
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, an entrant must:
a. Be 18 years of age or older
b. Be an Australian resident
c. Hold a valid RACV membership
d. Submit a valid entry via the official competition form
e. Consent to joining the woohooPets email marketing list
Draw Details:
A daily winner will be randomly drawn at 12:00pm AEST on each day of the Competition Period at WOOHOO PETS PTY LTD PO Box 65 Indooroopilly 4068.
The grand prize winner will be drawn at 12:00pm AEST on the first business day following the close of the Competition Period.
Winner Notification & Publication:
Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of each draw.
Prize Claim Date & Time
Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the winner being notified. Unclaimed prizes will not be redrawn but will remain credited to the customer’s account for a 12-month period.
Unclaimed Prize Handling:
If a prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, it will not be redrawn. The store credit will remain linked to the winner’s woohooPets account and be valid for 12 months from the original issue date.
Total Prize Value:
Total prize pool value is AUD $2,100.00, comprising:
- 30 x $50 daily woohooPets store credits
- 1 x $600 woohooPets grand prize store credit
Terms and Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is limited to one (1) per person. Any subsequent entries will be deemed invalid.
3. Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. Each valid entry is eligible for all daily draws and the grand prize draw.
5. All prizes are in the form of store credit redeemable at woohoopets.com. Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Store credit will be issued directly to the winner’s woohooPets account and will remain available for use for 12 months from the date of issue.
7. If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, no redraw will occur. The credit will remain in the account but will expire after 12 months.
8. Entrants must provide accurate contact details. woohooPets takes no responsibility for misdirected or incomplete entries.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants.
10. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a manner contrary to the spirit of the competition.
11. The Supplier's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in prize value or availability.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of participating in the Competition or using any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. or its affiliates. Entrants provide information to the Supplier, not to Meta.
15. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.16.Personal information will be collected and stored securely by woohooPets in accordance with its Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the Competition and subsequent marketing unless the entrant opts out.
