Frequently Ask Questions

All of our treats and supplements are proudly sourced and manufactured right here in Australia! We work directly with trusted manufacturers and suppliers who adhere to strict food safety standards.

The only exception we have is our Green Lipped Mussels, which are native to our neighbours in New Zealand.

Our treats are made from ingredients sourced from the human supply chain. We use high-quality, single-protein cuts like muscle meat, organs, and cartilage—never byproducts like beaks, feathers, or rendered meat meals. Our treats are slowly air-dried, free from artificial preservatives, colors, and synthetic additives.

If we wouldn’t feed it to our own pets, we won’t sell it.

Most of our treats are generally safe for puppies as long as they are appropriately sized and should always be introduced initially with supervision.

With our air-dried treats, certain products that are meat muscle or tendons will break down with saliva as the dog chews. Vs products made of keratin or cartilage will sometimes break into segments.

Puppies will be loosing their teeth between 4-6 months. During this time we recommend you don't give them treats to hard like (the goat horn) or anything with cartilage.

Once a chew/treat is small enough they aren't able to hold it with their paws, it should be taken off them

Yes, absolutely!

All of our treat products (believe it or not) are safe for cats to eat, as they aren't imported and irradiated which is why some dog treats say on them "Do not feed to Cats"

We tend to find its the texture of air-dried that cats are fond of.

Its hard and crunchy and some cats find that a bit odd if their use to soft treats. Our most popular product with cats is our supplements and Boosters. Which can be easily sprinkled onto their food.

Currently our Boxes, Shipping labels, Thank You Cards and wrapping are all compostable. Our packaging for our treats isnt but it is kerbside recycle and they can be reused for other treats or for traveling with small portions of food.

We are always looking to improve our packing towards more eco friendly options whilst ensuring the product still arives to your door undamaged.
